James Besier

Kerrville James Joseph Besier, 64, a resident of the Hill Country, died Aug. 18, 2007.A memorial mass will be held Friday, Aug. 24, at 8:30 a.m. in St. Marys Catholic Church. Besier was born Jan. 23, 1943, in Fredericksburg, the son of Hugo and Lottie Besier. He married Sara Stehling May 7, 1966. The couple resided in Dallas for 30 years and returned to the Hill Country in 1997.He was employed as a machinist and tool maker at Mooney Airplane Company in Kerrville.Besier is survived by his wife daughter and soninlaw, Kathryn and Dustin Wright of Dallas son, Brian Besier of Denton and brother and sisterinlaw, LeeRoy and Erline Besier of Humble.He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ray Besier of San Antonio.Memorial contributions may be made to St. Marys Catholic Church or the charity of choice.
