Inez A. Garza

Inez Aguirre Garza, 61, of Kerrville, Texas passed from this life on February 21,2022 at a local hospital. She was born January 3,1961 to Alex M. Aguirre Sr. and Oralia Aguirre in Kerrville.

Inez loved dancing to Tejano music. Her joy in life was joking around and taking care of her grandchildren. Her handwriting and penmanship were something we all envied. Chore loved her family and friends unconditionally. Inez was a prankster and showed she loved and care by the jokes she played on others. She loved watching the San Antonio Spurs and reality television. BBQing at the park was one of her favorite pastimes and something she loved doing.

She is proceeded in death by her daughter, Clarissa Menchaca and nephew, Naythan Murrell and friend, Larry Gutierrez.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her parents, Alex Aguirre Sr. and Oralia Aguirre of Kerrville, Texas; children, Marcus C. Gutierrez of San Antonio, Texas, Erica Renee Menchaca of Victoria Texas and Veronica Lynn Menchaca of Kerrville Texas; sisters, Barbara Salinas and husband, Juan of Fredericksburg, Texas and Patricia Murrell and husband, Steve of Katy, Texas and brother, Alex Aguirre Jr. of Corpus Christi, Texas and  her significant other, Ernest Garza of Kerrville,Texas along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held from 5-7PM on Friday, February 25,2022 at Kerrville Funeral Home.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2PM on Saturday, February 26,2022 at Kerrville Funeral Home.

As per Inez's request she will be cremated with a celebration of life service to be helad at a later date.

Memorials may be made in her honor to Christian Womens Job Corporation, Notre Dame Catholic Church or the charity of one's choice.

The family wishes to thank the staff of the ICU Unit at Peterson Regional Medical Center.
