Kerrville Howard Samuel Stone, 78, of Ingram, Texas, died January 9, 2006 at the Kerrville V.A. Hospital in Kerrville, Texas.Mr. Barber, formerly of Pasadena, Texas was a retired Process Technician and Navy veteran of World War II. Funeral Services will be at 2 PM at the First Baptist Church of Winnie, Texas on Thursday, January 12, 2006, with Interment at Fairview Cemetery, under the direction of Broussards Funeral Home, 134 West Buccaneer, Winnie, Texas. A gathering of family and friends will be from 4 8 PM on Wednesday, January 11, 2006 at the funeral home.Howard was preceded in death by his wife, Delores.He is survived by his daughters, Ellen Barber of Kerrville, Deidre Escareno and her husband Neil of Winnie, and a son, Benny Barber of Henderson, Nevada and grandchildren, Lena Escareno, Melissa Winterbower, Kevin Barber and Jason Barber.Local arrangements were under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
