Henry Griffin

Henry Lynn Griffin, 66, of Kerrville, Texas passed away at a local hospital on Thursday , July 20, 2017.

Lynn was born on November 21, 1950, in Kerrville, Texas to Henry Griffin and Mary V. Griffin. He lived most of his life in Kerrville and the surrounding area.

He served in the US Army and was honorably discharged. For most of his life, Lynn worked with his dad in construction in a sand and gravel mine and operated heavy machinery.

He enjoyed going to the lake, river, fishing, hunting deer, and spending time outdoors.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory include his mother, Mary V. Griffin; sons, Chris Griffin and Joey Griffin; sisters, Carol Barton and Dianne Kuebodeaux; grandchildren, Mark and Mackenzie Griffin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11AM on Tuesday. July 25, 2017, in the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Sam Ligon officiating. Visitation will begin at 9AM prior to service.
Interment to follow at Hunt Japonica Cemetery, Hunt, Texas.
