Henrietta Heiman Tyler, 87, of Kerrville, TX passed on September 27, 2013. Mrs. Tyler was born on Christmas Day, 1925, in Seabrook, TX to Lenora Tarin Hieman and Maury Joseph Heiman.

Henrietta Grew up in San Leon, TX and married her loving husband, Weldon A. Tyler, on November 2, 1946. After their marriage, they moved to Weldons home of Smith Island, MD where he joined the family crab fisherman business. The couple moved to San Antonio, TX in 1955 where Weldon worked and retired from the U.S. Postal Service and Henrietta from the Bank of America. Henrietta and Weldon travelled the USA and parts of Canada for the next 20 years in their beautiful motor homes. They kept a home in Ingram, TX and spent summers in Montrose, CO. Aunt Her, as she was affectionately called by her loving nieces and nephews, was the kindest, most thoughtful person possible and was most famous for her lavish Thanksgiving and Christmas meals.

Henrietta is preceded in death by her mother and father, and her loving niece Barbara Lucas Spillar.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her loving husband of 66 years, Weldon Tyler sister, Maureen Lucas of Helotes, TX brother, Maury Joseph Heiman, Jr. of Devine, TX nieces, Elizabeth Guillory of Helotes, TX, Linda Calame of Devine, TX, Beverly Pichardo of San Antonio, TX, Tina Horvath of Pipe Creek, TX, and Helen Gutz of New Braunfels, TX nephew, Maury J. Heiman III and her dear sisterinlaw, Betty Currie.

Memorial Services will be held October 3, 2013 at 10 AM at the Main Chapel of Kerrville Funeral Home, 1221 Junction Highway, Kerrville, TX 78028 with Pastor Ray Tear officiating.
