Kerrville Hazel Kathlyn Thornhill of Kerrville passed away on Friday, March 6, 2009, at Kerrville care facility. Service: 10 a.m. Tuesday at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Chapel with interment to follow in Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park. ation: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Bluebonnet Hills Funeral Home. She was born July 18, 1916, in Greenville to Joe Tom Williams and Mary Alice Cozart Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband, Adm. Dewey Thornhill her parents, Joe and Mary Alice Williams brothers, Merle Douglas and Billy Joe Williams sister, Mary Aline Williams and greatgreatgranddaughter, Hannah Rose. Survivors: Her daughter, Mary Kay Roper and husband, Steve, of Kerrville stepdaughter, Rosemary Gafford and husband, Lee Roy, of Arlington stepson, John Thornhill and wife, Dolly, of La Quinta, Calif. grandchildren, Holly Patrick and her husband, Woody, Jeff Roper, Becky Journey and her husband, Charles, Sandy Vecchio and her husband, Joe, Larry Gafford, Nancy Gafford Brown, Cheri Mann and her husband, Ramone, Brandy Ludick and her husband, Wilfred, Karen Fox and Ken Fox 11 greatgrandchildren and one greatgreatgrandchild.
