nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspKerrville Grace Cecilia Kieberger passes away March 1, 2008 at a local health care facility.She was born in Aransas Pass, Texas on November 13, 1926 to William Alfred and Grace Burns Kieberger. Grace attended high school there and was valedictorian of her high school class. Moving to Houston in 1946, she was employed at Hansen and Tiedeman, a shipping company, where she worked in the accounting department. Determined to earn a college degree, Grace worked full time and attended the University of Houston night school to earn a degree in accounting.Grace was a faithful member of St. Michaels Catholic Church in Houston and Notre Dame Catholic Church in Kerrville. She loved photography, always having a camera in her hand. She was the family historian, not only taking pictures at every event, but researching and compiling a book for the family about the history of the Kieberger family. She was an avid golfer in her adult years, having been an athlete in high school, playing tennis and softball. She enjoyed music all her life and played the oboe in the high school band.Retiring in 2002, she moved to Kerrville to be closer to family.She is survived by a sister and brotherinlaw, Peggy and John Martin of Kerrville a sisterinlaw, Evelyn Chambers Kieberger of Spring Branch, TX a nephew, David Martin, and his wife, Cathy, and great nephews, Michael and Dustin Martin, all of Kerrville a nephew, Bill Kieberger and his wife, Glenda and her brother, Bubba Kreger, great nephew Nathan Rogers and a greatgreat niece, Ashley Rogers, all of Houston.Grace was predeceased by her parents, William Alfred and Grace Burns Kieberger a sister and brotherinlaw, Mary Kieberger and John Russell Fortner a brother, William Kieberger and a nephew, Vince Martin.Grace always enjoyed family gatherings, especially Christmas. She enjoyed and was interested in all her nephews and nieces activities.
