Giles Reiter

Fredericksburg Giles L. Reiter, 79, of Center Point, TX went to Heaven on Saturday, May 8, 2010 at a care center in Fredericksburg, TX. He was born on September 1, 1930 in Muenster, TX to the late Charles and Katherine Bernauer Reiter.

His family moved to Kerrville in 1932 from Muenster. After serving four years in the Air Force he went to work alongside his father at Reiters Chrysler Dealership. Later, he went out on his own to become a successful businessman in the Auto Parts Industry and Commercial Real Estate.

He had a great fondness for Kerrville and all the wonderful friends he has had over the years.

Mr. Reiter is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Diane and son, Giles Reiter, Jr.

He leaves to honor and cherish his memory his daughter, Robin Wysong grandsons, Weston and Davis a sister, Mary Catherine Black, along with a host of many loving friends and neighbors.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Notre Dame Catholic Church at 1:30 PM, Thursday, May 13, 2010 with Father Mike Pinneman serving as officiant. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Kerrville, TX.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the ones choice.
