Schroeder, 82, passed from this life on Saturday morning, November 3, 2007 at her residence.nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspBorn July 20, 1925 in Beuthen, Germany, she came to this country early in life and made Kerrville her home for the past 19 years.nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspShe worked as a travel agent for many years in NJ.nbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp Mrs. Schroeder attended the Kerrville Church of Christ. She had a love of gardening and enjoyed hours of knitting, crocheting and needlework.She was a Trail Blazer for many years, until she broke her ankle.nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspSurvivors include daughter and soninlaw, Kristina and David Taylor of Ann Arbor, MI a grandson, Graham Taylor of Denver, CO a granddaughter, Kathryn Taylor of Ann Arbor, MI a half son, Peter Schroeder of Davie, FL a brother and sisterinlaw, Frank and Naomi Mieruch of Switzerland, a sister, Margot Horny of Germany many nieces and nephews and special friends and caregivers, Heather and Michael Mitchel of Kerrville.nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspAccording to Mrs. Schroeders wishes, there are no visitation or funeral services.nbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp The family ask that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made in Mrs. Schroeders name to Sid Peterson Hospice or the Kerrville Church of Christ.nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspThe family invites you to leave a message or memory at www.kerrvillefuneralhome.com by selecting Obituaries.
