Kerrville George T. Morris, 65, of Kerrville, died Sunday afternoon, November 18, 2007 at his residence. nbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp Born March 17, 1942 in Dallas, TX, he was the son of Thomas and Elizabeth Craft Morris. He was a resident of Kerrville for the past seven years, coming here from Alaska. nbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp Mr. Morris retired from the US Army after 20 years of service. He was an aircraft mechanic and spent many years in the aviation field and worked for the FAA as an inspector. He also owned a gold mine in Alaska.He loved life and lived it to its fullest and was very adventurous. And in following in that adventurous life, he married his wife, Judith, 26 years ago tomorrow, on November 21, at Santa Clauses house in the North Pole of Alaska, officiated by Mrs. Clause.nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbspnbsp Family members include his wife, Judith Pringal Morris of Kerrville 2 daughters, Sherry Ann Butler of Anchorage, AK and Lawana Lansdale of Anchorage, AK a stepson, John Marshall of Murphy, NC a stepdaughter, Lisa Pitts of Anchorage, AK five grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He was predeceased by his parents.
