Frank Hinnant, Jr.

Frank ''Ted'' Hinnant, Jr., age 81, formerly of Kerrville, TX passed away Sunday, May 15, 2016 at a nursing home in San Antonio, TX.

Ted was born December 12, 1934 in Pensacola, Florida the son of Frank and Hester Hinnant. Ted entered the United States Marine Corps in February, 1952. He was a veteran of the Korean Conflict and served for 5 years. Upon his discharge, he moved to Houston, TX and worked as a master plumber for over 20 years. In 1988, he moved to Kerrville to retire. Ted had a passion for guns, shooting and all things outdoors.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are a son, Frank Hinnant, III and a granddaughter, Samantha Nicole Hinnant. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Sybil Ward and a brother, Andrew Hinnant.

Celebration of life services will be held 2:00 p.m. Friday, May 20, 2016 in the Main Chapel of Kerrville Funeral Home with Reverend Sam Ligon officiating. The family will have a private interment
