Fern Cory

Fern G. Cory, 79, lifelong resident of Kerrville, Texas passed away on November 23, 2005 at a local care facility.Mrs. Cory was born January 26, 1926 in Mexia, Texas to Eli and Edna Gray. She was a member of Hallmark Baptist Church in Fort Worth, and attended First Baptist Church in Kerrville. She was employed many years at Mooney Aircraft as a Sheet Metal Fabricator. She was a caring woman who loved her children and grandchildren very much. She will be deeply missed. She was faithful to her Savior. She was faithful to her children. She was faithful to her family.She is preceded in death by her husband, Obed Cory, Sr., and two sons, Obed Cory, Jr. and Richard Cory.She is survived by three daughters, Gloria Roeder and husband Ruben of Kerrville, Kathryn Dickenson and husband Robert of Fort Worth, and Candy Cade and husband Dudley of Ingram fourteen grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren.Funeral services will be 1:00PM, Friday, November 25, 2005 at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel with Pat Patterson, Pastor of Grace Bible Chapel, officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Memories Cemetery. No visitation is scheduled.Memorials may be made to the Arthritis Foundation, 1800 2837800, or to the donors favorite charity.
