Esther Pierce

Esther Dahlia Pierce, 85, of Center Point passed from this life on September 18, 2015 at a local hospital.

Esther was born on February 16, 1930 to Iver and Augusta Anderson in Oakland, California, and grew up in Port Chicago, California. She married Franklin (Sonny) Pierce on May 30, 2005 in Center Point, Texas. Esther was a kind and loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend who was loved by everyone who knew her. She will be greatly missed.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her husband, Frankin (Sonny) Pierce; her children, Art Lopez, Lucky Graham, Violet Rose, Vera Cline, and Vernon Cline; twelve grandchildren; several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday, September 26, 2015 at the Center Point Cemetery with Rev. Mike Williams officiating.
