Being the lifelong resident of Kerrville that he was, quotSpeedyquot attended Tivy High School in its previous location. He will be remembered by many who knew of him by his talent in stone masonry. He was a true artist when it came to stone masonry construction, and there are numerous places in Kerrville that will have an everlasting stamp of his abilities and artistic visions.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his parents, Jose Sr. and Jovita Trevino sisters, Mary Ayala and husband Richard, Janie Marlowe and husband Glen Voight, Sandy Garcia, Dolores Arenas and late husband Arthuro, Josefina Cruz Gerardo brothers, Jose Trevino Jr. and Frank Trevino longtime companion, Benita Garcia daughter, Ilene Hoyos and husband Rosendo three grandchildren, Megan, Desiree, and Nicolas two aunts and one uncle and will be greatly missed by numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives as well as many lifelong friends.

ation will begin at 6 PM on Monday, July 19, 2010, at Kerrville Funeral Home with a Recitation of the Holy Rosary to begin at 6:30 PM that same evening. A funeral procession will depart the funeral home on Tuesday, July 20, 2010 at 9 AM for a Celebration of Mass to be held at Notre Dame Catholic Church beginning at 9:30 AM. Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery, Kerrville, Texas.
