Erlinda Rodriguez

Erlinda Rodriguez, 71, of Kerrville, Texas passed from this life on July 25, 2020 at a local hospital.

She was born October 27, 1948 in Colorado City, Texas to parents, Leon and Victoria Garcia Juarez. She married Jose G. Rodriguez in January of 1972 in Kerrville. Erlinda was a loving, caring and giving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She was a homemaker, caregiver and hairdresser. She was the matriarch of her family, who had a hand in raising her grandchildren and great children whom she loved with all her heart.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Victoria Juarez and sisters, Tanis Alcorta and Elena Ozuna.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory include her husband, Jose Rodriguez; children, Christi Escamilla, Lori Rodriguez, Joe Rodriguez Jr. and Christopher Rodriguez; siblings; Joseph Juarez, Florencia Ayala, and Manuel Juarez ; grandchildren, Rayana Rodriguez, Christopher Rodriguez, Mariyah Castorena, Selena Escamilla Gage, Summer Escamilla, Oscar Escamilla, Izek Gonzales, Noah Casarez and Andre Aldaco; grandchildren, Ace Gage, Aniyah Gage and Jeremiah Morquecho as well as numerous nieces and nephews that will miss her dearly.

Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Thursday July 30, 2020 at Kerrville Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will take place at 2 PM on Friday July 31, 2020 at Kerrville Funeral Home with interment to follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
