KERRVILLE Eleanor Robbins Coyne, 90, of Kerrville, Texas, formerly of Attleboro, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 14, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Leonard Coyne to whom she was married for 66 years.

Born on February 2, 1924 in New Bedford, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Edith and Ullyses G. Robbins. Prior to moving to Texas in 1984, Eleanor lived in Attleboro, Massachusetts where she was a member of the former Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and served as a Sunday school teacher for many years. Upon moving to Kerrville, Eleanor became a member of Saint Pauls United Methodist Church where she was a greeter and volunteer. In her free time Eleanor enjoyed spending time volunteering for her church and in the local schools as well as visiting local nursing homes.
Eleanor is preceded in death by her parents son, David Coyne and sister, Elsie Pedro.

In addition to her husband, Eleanor is survived by her loving sons, James and his wife Patricia of Mansfield, MA and Steven of Kerrville, Texas sisters, Edith Harwood of Fairhaven and Lois Rayner of Wareham grandchildren, Kathryn, David, and Jamie and her two special greatgrandchildren, Cooper and Penelope.
Memorial services will be 1:00 PM, Thursday, December 18, 2014 at the St. Pauls United Methodist Church in Kerrville, Texas.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of ones choice.
