Edward R. E.R. Moore, 90, of Kerrville, Texas entered into rest March 28, 2005 at a local hospital. Mr. Moore was born July 4, 1914 in El Paso, Texas to Samuel and Grace Moore. He married Luciene Cooper on December 1, 1945 in Dallas, Texas. He worked as a Production Manager for Braniff Airlines for over 43 years. In 1980 he and Luciene moved from Dallas to Kerrville, where they cleared their land and built their home themselves. He enjoyed traveling, and was a charter member of the Cowboy Artist Museum, and was their first volunteer to reach 3,000 hours of volunteer time. He was also a member of the Kerrville Church of Christ. He loved his family, his grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, and they were all very dear to him. He is preceded in death by his parents, and his brother, Samuel Moore.He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Luciene Cooper Moore son, Edward Moore and wife Lori of Kerrville grandchildren, Edward R. Moore and family, Gary A. Moore and wife, Maureen A. Robison and family, David R. Moore and family, Lynde L. Morris and family sister, Betti Grace Adams and husband Bob of El Paso sisterinlaw, Joan Moore of El Paso, and six nieces and nephews. A celebration of his life will be on his birthday, July 4, 2005 at the family home. A register book is available to sign at Kerrville Funeral Home.Memorials may be made to the Medina Childrens Home.
