Earl Newton, Jr.

Earl H. Newton, Jr., 84, of Kerrville, Texas entered into rest May 28, 2005 at a local care facility.Mr. Newton was born September 2, 1920 in Corsicana, Texas to Dr. Earl H. Newton and Myrtle Thompson Newton. He grew up in Corsicana, and graduated from the University of Texas. He had a large book collection, and enjoyed reading.He is preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Dr. William T. Newton.He is survived by sisterinlaw, Patricia Newton, niece, Ellen Stephanie Newton LoVato three nephews, Christian David Newton, William Randle Newton, and John Lordan Newton and two cousins, Mildred B. Griffith, and Mary Elizabeth Morrison.Interment will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Corsicana, Texas.Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
