Donald Heather

Former Sanger Resident, Donald G. Heather, age 68, passed away Saturday, June 28, 2003 at his home in Kerrville, Texas, after a long battle with cancer. He was born October 17, 1934 in Hamburg, New York to George and Marie Kern Heather. Don graduated from Bishop Timon High School and attended Buffalo State Technical Institute. He was employed by Bethlehem Steel until his retirement.Don was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Jack and his first wife Teresa Galley Heather, who died in Dallas in January, 1986. He is survived by his wife, Ann of Kerrville, a sister, two brothers, and many nieces and nephews. Private graveside services were held in Buffalo, New York. Arrangements were under the direction of Kerrville Funeral Home in Kerrville, Texas.
