Bryan Ballard, 62, of Mountain Home, TX passed from this life on November 17, 2016 at his residence.
Bryan was born January 7, 1954 in El Paso, TX to Joseph William Ballard and Geneva Dibrell Dorland Ballard. He grew up with his two older brothers in El Paso, TX and spent his summers in Lake City, Colorado.
Bryan was a pilot and scuba diving instructor. When he retired he bought an RV and motorcycle to travel the country and when he stopped in Kerrville almost ten years ago he knew he was home. He loved to ride his bike with friends and loved his dog, Rocky.
He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Leroy Ballard.
He is survived by his son, Cassidy Ballard; daughter, Shauna Ballard Nicholas; and grandson, Josiah Nicholas.
Bryan was a fun loving, action-filled guy that never met a stranger. He was loved by many and was extremely compassionate and loving. He was a great father, grandfather, dog owner, and friend.
Memorial services will be held 2:00 PM, Wednesday, November 23, 2016 at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Frankie Enloe officiating.
