Delma Averitt

KERRVILLE Delma Averitt, 75, of Kerrville, Texas, passed onto the promise land to be with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on July 30, 2012.
Delma was born on March 22, 1937 in Amarillo Texas to Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Nelson of San Angelo, Texas. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Deloris Reid and her husband Thornton Reid.
She is survived by her husband Lawrence Foster Averitt, son Michael A. Reid and his wife Charlotte G. Reid, two grandchildren, Charles and wife Kim, and Joel and wife Nathania, two greatgrand children Isaiah and Judah, and numerous nieces and nephews. Also a stepson Robert F. and his wife Rebecca Averitt, two step grandchildren Richard and Katelyn Averitt.
ation will be held on Friday August 3, 2012 at Kerrville Funeral Home from 68 PM.
Funeral services to celebrate her life will be held on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 10 AM, at Western Hills Baptist Church. Graveside services will follow at 4:00PM, Lawnhaven Memorial Gardens in San Angelo, Texas.
