David Owens

Kerrville David Wayne Owens, 62, of Dallas, Texas went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 19, 2013.

He was born in Belton, Texas on November 20, 1950 to Lon and Mabelle Owens. David graduated from high school and went on to receive his bachelors degree.

He loved his Native American heritage, sports cars, fishing, and spending time with his family.

He was survived by his three children Cindy Williamson Ron of Azle, Texas, Amanda Buchanan Luke of Glenville, Minnesota, and Joshua Owens of North Carolina eight grandchildren, Steven, Chelsey, Aaron, Kayla, Greyce, Bryson, Faith, and Cindy siblings, Beverly Byrd Scott and Connie Recupero Tony of California.

A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 22, 2012 from 5 7 PM at Kerrville Funeral Home, 1221 Junction Highway, Kerrville, TX 78028. Funeral Services will be held at 2 PM, Wednesday, January 23, 2012 in the Main Chapel of Kerrville Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Ligon officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery, Kerrville, Texas.

In lieu of floral tributes, memorials can be made in Davids name to the charity of ones choice.
