David Burke

KERRVILLE David Shane Burke, 32, passed from this life at his residence on Saturday, June 30, 2012.

Born on September 25, 1979 in Woodbridge, VA, he was the son of Paul Matthew Burke and Wanda Kay Caldwell Burke, and spent his childhood in Waynesboro, VA.

David was free spirited and loved by all who knew him. He loved music and was very creative. David was a loving husband, father, and son. He will be greatly missed by all. David married Amber Michelle Wilson on January 26, 1998 in New Braunfels, TX.

David is preceded in death by his father, Paul Matthew Burke sister, Jessica Burke grandmother, Edith Mae Caldwell and uncle, Lee Caldwell.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Amber Burke his 2 children, Kaya Burke, age 12, and Kaylee Burke, age 8 his mother, Wanda Kay Burke and step father, David Deets his brother, Christopher Burke and wife, Wendy nieces, Samantha Johnson and Morgan Wilson nephews, Christopher Burke and Logan Chighivola.

A Celebration of Life for David will be held at 11 AM, Saturday, July 14, 2012 at Calvary Temple Church with the Rev. Del Way officiating.

The family suggests that donations be made in the name of David Shane Burke to a memorial savings account in the name of Amber Burke at Wells Fargo Bank in lieu of floral tributes.
