Fredericksburg ndash David Ray Adams, 46, passed from this life on Saturday, July 19, 2008 at a local health care facility.nbspBorn in Altus, OK on March 22, 1962, he was the son of Fred Lee and Norma Thiele Adams.nbspMr. Adams was a Ford mechanic for 10 years and then went into business on his own in Altus, OK.nbsp He worked for WalMart for 5 years before retiring.nbspHe was a member of the Kerrville Pentecostal Church.nbsp He married Connie Gifford in Altus, OK on September 30, 1986.nbspMr. Adams is predeceased by his fathers, Fred Lee Adams on April 19, 1999 and Kermit Andrew Thiele on November 16,1999,nbspand by a sister, Fredna Susan Adams, August 8, 1977.nbspHe is survived by his wife, Connie Gifford Adams of Kerrville a daughter and soninlaw, Tamara Adams and Matthew Gagenbspof Seneca, Missouri 2 sons, Justin and David Adams, both of Kerrville his mother, Norma Thiele of Fredericksburg a brother, Bill Adams of Corpus Christi, TX 3 sisters, Mary Jansen of Fredericksburg, TX, Nancy Goodwin of Brenham, TX and Diane Dixon of Taylor, TX a half brother, Freddy Adams of Refurio, TX 13 nieces and 13 nephews.nbspThere will be no visitation.nbspFuneral services will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2008 at 2:00PM at Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel.nbsp Interment will be held in Altus, OK at a later date.nbspIn lieu of floral arrangements, the family asks that monetary donations be made to the Kerrville Pentecostals, 885 Harper Rd, Kerrville, TX 78028.nbsp
