Kerrville Clifton Ronald Chrisman 79 died peacefully at his home on July 13, 2011 in Kerrville, Texas following a long period of declining health issues.

He was born December 5.1931 the son of Roy Leon Chrisman and Jenny Letha McClannahan in Kansas City, Missouri.

From 1949 until 1957, Cliff was a member of the United States Naval Air Reserves.

Cliff was educated in Kansas City, at Central High School and University of Missouri, Kansas City. He worked for Business Mens Assurance Company and then for ConocoPhillips, from 1956 to 1989. He moved from Overland Park, Kansas to Ponca City, Oklahoma in 1973. He served as Deacon for churches in both Overland Park and Ponca City.

He was a Knight Templar and a Shriner. His many interests included genealogy, gardening, and woodworking.

Preceding him in death were his parents, brother Roy Milton Chrisman, and sister, Jeanne Ora Corbin.

Those left to honor and cherish his memory are his wife Phyllis Stokes Chrisman three daughters Lori D. Lundin and her husband Donald, Ronda L. Porter and her husband Thomas, and Debra Schreckenghost, and son Clifton David Chrisman and wife Ginger six grandchildren, Ashley Lundin Horne, Lauren Paige Lundin, Grant Thomas Porter, Chad Alexander Porter, Shanea Lynn Chrisman and Allyse Nicole Chrisman and one great granddaughter, Gabriella Horne.

There will be no local services.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Sid Peterson Hospice 1120 Broadway, Kerrville, Texas 78028
