Clarence Anderson

Kerrville Clarence Arthur Anderson passed from this life on May 14, 2004 in a local hospital. He was born on June 9, 1918 in Moorehead, MN. to Guston and Albertina Olsen Anderson.He was married to Rose E. Anderson on December 19, 1942. She preceded him in death on April 2, 2004.Mr. Anderson was a World War II Army Veteran and a member of the Avion Trailer Club. His loving family includes son, Robert F. Anderson and wife Gail of Wichita Falls, TX daughter Bonnie Godwin and husband Howard of Quinton, Virginia grandchildren, Bryan Godwin, Derek Anderson, Heidi Sargent and Tonya Carr very special friends, Mr. and Mrs. Herb Salvas of Kerrville, TX and a host of many loving friends and neighbors.The family received friends during a visitation at the funeral home on Sunday, May 16, 2004 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, May 17, 2004 at Zion Lutheran Church with Pastor Douglas McBride officiating. Interment will be at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery, San Antonio, TX, on Tuesday, May 18, 2004 at 11 AM.At the familys request, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kerrville Division General Post Fund South Texas Veterans Healthcare System, 3600 Memorial Boulevard, Kerrville, TX. 78028Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
