Charles Wood

Charles “Ricky” Wood, 50, of Bulverde, Texas passed from this life on August 10,2021 in San Antonio. A Celebration of Ricky's life will be held at 10:30am  on Thursday, August 19, 2021, at Bulverde Baptist Church in Bulverde, Texas with a reception to follow.

He was born February 10, 1971, in Atlanta, Georgia to Donald Wood and Cathryn Marchman.  Ricky grew up in East Point and Fayetteville Georgia and attended Fayetteville High School.  He married Elaina “Anjie” Harris December 31, 2009, and they made their home in Bulverde, Texas.  Ricky worked as a road technician and loved fishing, hunting, and spending time with his friends and family.

He is survived by his Wife, Elaina “Anjie” Wood; Children, Robert and Kaitlyn Wood, Brandon Wood, Alexandra Briggs, Matthew Wood, Austin Briggs, Abigayle Wood, and Aiden Wood; Grandchildren, Cayden, Logan, William, Avery, and Jackson Wood; Parents, Cathryn “Cathy” and Robert Marchman, Donald and Karla Wood; Sister, Lora and Clay Griffin; Niece Lauren Griffin.

He is preceded in death by his Grandparents and Father-in-law, Roger Harris.
