Charles Alton Taylor 75, of Kerrville, Texas entered into rest on October 18, 2005 at his residence. Charles was born May 16, 1930 in Bandera County, Texas to Johnny and Myrtle Taylor. He married Doris Marie York on February 13, 1962 in San Antonio, Texas. In the past, he was a member of the FFA, Farm Bureau, and the Builders Association. He is preceded in death by his parents, four Brothers and Three Sisters.He is survived by his wife, Doris Marie Taylor daughters, Riva Ann Wheeler and husband Aaron, Catheryn Irene Weeks and husband Matt, sons, Michael Glenn Taylor and wife Julie, Brian Lynn Taylor and wife Donna grandchildren, Preston, Justin, Sabrina, Jonathon, Stephanie, Sarah, Hailey, Cheyenne, and Katrina. Charles will be greatly missed by his family and loved ones, and many who called him Dad. There are nieces and nephews who will miss his love also. His friends he loved for many years. and many others, too many to name. I his wife and family will look around and see and remember all the beautiful structures he has constructed around town and other places. Charles has left lots of tender love and care and was so proud of all his children and grandchildren. His wishes were always to live to see his children happy and his grandchildren finishing school and happy. He always kept his Lord and Savior in his life and heart. We all love you till we meet again in heaven.Funeral services will be 1:30PM, Saturday, October 22, 2005 at the Kerrville Funeral Home chapel with Rev. Ron Moore officiating. Interment will follow in Camp Verde Cemetery. ation will be Friday, October 21, 2005 from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Kerrville Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Vista Care Hospice in lieu of flowers.Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
