Charles Small

Charles Jack Small, 91, of Kerrville, TX entered into rest July 1, 2004 at his residence.Mr. Small was born June 24, 1913 in Paris, TX to Ada Burgner Small and Jock Reed Small. He finished elementary school and high school in Oakdale, LA and received a business degree from Northwestern University in Natchitoches, LA. On December 29, 1937 he married Addie Vievelyn Byrd who preceded him in death in December 1996. After 37 years as an accountant in the independent oil business they moved to the hill country. He is a member of the Sons of the American Revolution and the Hunt United Methodist Church. He is survived by many friends and church family. Funeral services will be 11:00AM Tuesday, July 6, 2004 at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. John Green officiating. Interment will follow in the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Hunt Methodist Foundation, Inc. PO Box 137, Hunt, TX 78024.Arrangements are under the direction and personal care of Kerrville Funeral Home.
