Dot Cecil Faye Williams of Ingram, Texas passed away in her home on March 20, 2004. She was born in Newsome, Texas on April 15, 1907. Dot was a member of the First Baptist Church in Ingram, Texas and the Ingram Garden Club. Prior to her 42year tenure in Ingram, she was owner and operator of the Bridges and Williams Beauty Shop in downtown Houston across from Foleys.Dot is survived by her three grandchildren, Jerry Royce Price, and his wife Judy, of Houston, TX Allison Collins and her husband Denton, of Memphis, Tennessee and Linda Bennett of Ingram, TX. Dot is also survived by five greatgrandchildren and eight greatgreatgrandchildren.A graveside service will be held in her honor at Forest Park Cemetery on Lawndale in Houston, TX at 2:00PM on Wednesday, March 24, in section 10. Notice of a memorial service being held in her honor at First Baptist Church in Ingram will be forthcoming.
