Services for Cecil Ray Burnell, 79, of Kerrville passed from this life on Thursday, July 11, 2024 Kerrville Texas. Cecil was born on August 8, 1945 to Vallie Rae Lee and Cecil B. Burnell in Corpus Christi, Texas. Later the family moved to Robstown where he was raised and attended School. Cecil met and married Mary L. Hardcastle, on October 11, 1967.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary L. Burnell. 

Those who are left to cherish his memories are his children. Michael (Georjean) Burnell, Steven Burnell; grandchildren James Burnell, Katherine Enderlin, Jacob Burnell, Joshua Burnell, Jessica ( Mathew) Nehr and several surviving sisters: nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Friday, July 19, 2024 at Kerrville Funeral Home 1221 Junction highway Kerrville with Pastor Shon Wagner officiating, Burial to follow at Garden Of Memories  Pall bearers are Michael Burnell, Steven Burnell, Matt Nehr, Joshua Burnell, Jessica Nehr, Katherine Enderlin

Visitation will be 9:00 AM till Service Time 10:00 AM Friday, July 19, 2024..
