Catherine Mincemoyer

Catherine Louise Mincemoyer, born November 17, 1918 to Richard and Veva Lundgren in Rockford, Illinois, passed away January 18, 2014 in Kerrville, Texas.

She is survived by her children, Martha Blair of Kerrville, Marguerite Macke and husband Paul of New Braunfels, Carl Mincemoyer and wife Debra of New Braunfels, and Clifford Mincemoyer and wife Dru of San Antonio.

Catherine was predeceased by Charles, her husband of 67 years, her sister Lillian Blanton and her soninlaw, Richard Blair. She will also be remembered by thirteen grandchildren and numerous great and greatgreat grandchildren.

Catherine and Charles loved to travel with their family and later with their grown children. Before moving to Kerrville, she was an active member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Bulverde. She and Charles travelled often with their church friends.
The family would like to send special thanks to Carla Marshall and Ruth Wright who read to Mom and the ladies from Zion Lutheran Church who visited regularly, as well as to the caring staff at Hilltop Village.

A memorial service will be held at 10:30 AM, Saturday, January 25, 2014 in the chapel at Hilltop Village. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Hilltop Village Employees Fund, Zion Lutheran Church in Kerrville or a charity of your choice.
