Carolene Griffith

Carolene Griffith, 80, of Ingram, TX passed from this life at a local hospital on Monday, February 26, 2018. She was born on December 10, 1937 in Kansas City, KS to Charles Holwick and Nancy Hensley and grew up in Argentine, KS.

She married William Griffith on December 10, 1973; but began her career as an office clerk at the age of eighteen and retired as an Executive Administrator from the Federal Government at 62. Carolene relocated many times through her life, but maintained that home is wherever you hang your hat.
Mrs. Griffith was preceded in death by her parents and her husband and is survived by her daughter Julie Taylor of Ingram, TX, grandson Daniel Taylor of Denton, TX and numerous beloved nieces and nephews.

Memorial Services will be held at 3PM, Friday, March 2, 2018 in the Main Chapel at Kerrville Funeral Home with Rev. Sam Ligon officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Shriner's Hospital for Children.
