Bobbie Thompson

Bobbie Wilma Rogers Thompson, 71, of Kerrville, TX passed away peacefully on January 14, 2004 at a local care facility.Mrs. Thompson was born January 30, 1933 at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX to William and Dorothy Rogers. She grew up in Kerrville and attended Tivy High School. She married James R. Thompson, Sr. on April 20, 1969 in Aguana, Mexico. He preceded her in death in 2003. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed gardening, crafts, and genealogy. She is preceded in death by her husband and brother, William Lewis Rogers, Jr. in 1999.She is survived by her mother, Dorothy Rogers, six children, Linda Frost of San Antonio, Larry Conilogue of Kissimmee, FL, Angela Leffingwell of Dallas, John Mills of Bay City, Ruth Miller of Fannett, and James J.R. Thompson of Germany eleven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, and sisters, Audrey Nell Geyton of Dallas and Martha Alice Hatt of Dallas.Pallbearers will be Lee Rogers, John Leffingwell, Larry Conilogue, Josh Frost, Zackry Frost, Buddy Miller, Jack Frost, and James J.R. Thompson.Graveside services will be 2:00PM, Monday, January 17, 2005 at the Garden of Memories Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
