Kerrville ndash Bobbie June Brow, 80, passed from this life on Monday, January 26, 2009 at a local care center.nbsp She was born on June 13, 1928 in Cone, TX to Walter Jefferson and Laura Mabel Smith.nbspnbspBobbie graduated from Ralls High School in 1946 and attended Texas Tech University. She married Calvin E. Brow on July 24, 1948 in Lubbock, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband.
