Bill Ireland, 73, of Kerrville passed away on Tuesday September 7, 2004 at a local hospital. He was born to Clifford L. Ireland and Leola Thompson Ireland on January 13, 1931 in Larned Kansas.Mr. Ireland retired from the United States Army after serving in the Korean War.He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife of 27 years, Glenda Ireland and one brother Rod Ireland.nbspnbspnbspnbspnbspBill is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Dean Ireland of Kerrvilleone daughter,Lori Skeen of Minneola, KS one stepdaughter, Dawn Woods and husband Scott of Eagle River, Alaska four grandchildren, Cameron Skeen, MacKenzie Skeen, Amanda Woods and Emily Woods. He is also survived by one brother, Jim Ireland of California and two sisters, Carolyn Luce and Delores Corey along with numerous nieces and nephews.Memorial contributions may be made to Saint Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105. A private family service will take place at a later date.
