Kerrville Annie Laurie Weaver, 86, of Kerrville, Texas passed from this life on January 12, 2003 at her residence. Ms. Weaver was born in Alto, Texas to Holly Weaver and Birdie Pearl Wilder Weaver on February 29, 1916. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, Ms. Weaver spent her life in education, teaching in the Houston ISD before retiring. After her retirement, she moved to Kerrville to be in the Hill Country that she loved so much. Here she continued her love for teaching by providing private piano lessons. She spent many years in the retail Jewelry business in Kerrville and Fredericksburg. Ms. Weaver was a member of the First Christian Church of Kerrville. Ms. Weaver was preceded in death by her parents, Holly and Birdie Wilder Weaver two brothers, Theodore J. Weaver and Wayne Weaver and one sister, Maxine Williamson.She is survived by cousins, Mary Bob Grimes of Abilene, Texas, Margie Boles of Roswell, New Mexico, and Byford Sealy of Andrews, Texas a sisterinlaw, Opal Weaver of Spring, Texas several nieces and nephews and a host of many loving friends and neighbors.Services will be held at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, January 15, 2003 at 2:00 PM with the Rev. David Fischer, Pastor of First Christian Church officiating. Interment will be at Brookside Memorial Park, Houston, Texas, Thursday, January 16, 2003 at 1:00 PM. Arrangements are under the direction of Kerrville Funeral Home.
