Born in Houston, TX on May 8, 1980, he was the son of Spencer Hart and Leslie Lander Hart.

An accomplished poet, humanitarian and rancher, Andy loved people and the outdoors. He was an expert canoeist, loved tubing and fishing in the Guadalupe River and was a true Texan. He enjoyed hunting, but preferred to sit and watch the wildlife roam freely.

Generous with all he had, Andy was a dear friend to all he met.

A loving son and brother, those left to honor and cherish his memory are his father, Spencer Hart and his wife, Maryann, of Kerrville his mother, Leslie Lander Hart of Georgetown, TX his brother, Bill Hart and his wife, Kristin, of Georgetown, TX aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends, including Trace and Jacquelyn Flick, Copper Love and Kim Bill.

There will be no visitation.

A celebration of his life will be held at Kerrville Funeral Home, 1221 Junction Highway on Friday, July 22, 2011 at 11:00AM.

The family suggests that donations in his name be made to the Hill Country Memorial Hospital Hospice in Fredericksburg, TX or to the Hill Country Youth Ranch in Kerrville.
