Andrea Carr

KERRVILLE Andrea Carr, 67, of Kerrville, TX passed from this life on Wednesday, March 19, 2013 at a local hospital. Andrea was born on November 1, 1945 to Gunther Hecklau and Gisela Bocksch in Halle, Germany.

After Leaving Germany, her family moved to Milwaukee, WI. Upon completion of Elementary School, High School and College, Andrea met the love of her life, Dennis J. Carr, and they were married on September 5, 1964. Andreas life history can be summed up in one word, LOVE. She loved her husband, sons, friends, and family very much. Everyone that had known her loved her smile and warmth, while she would always lift up everyones spirit. Her friends of 60 years or more stated, She always had encouraging words and never heard her say a bad word about anyone. Andreas lifes history was, and is, a good example of sharing Gods Love.

She was preceded in death by her father, Gunther Hecklau.

Those left to honor and cherish her memory are her mother, Gisela Hecklau two sons, Clifford and Steven two sisters, numerous nieces and nephews, along with many loving friends and neighbors.

Andrea is now with the Lord at Peace. Praise God

A Memorial Mass will be held at 10 AM on Wednesday, March 27, 2013, at Notre Dame Catholic Church, 909 Main Street, Kerrville TX, 78028.
