Alton Narce Deggs, 72, of Kerrville, Texas who passed from this life on June 17, 2003 was born to Joe Narce and Velma Gassiott Deggs in Polk County, Texas on January 26, 1931.Mr. Deggs retired from Dupont several years ago, and moved to the Kerrville area, because it was the closest thing to Colorado without the cold.He is survived by his wife, Zillah Morris Deggs, a son, Jeff Deggs, a daughter, Angela Spence, four grandchildren, and a host of loving friends and neighbors.A Memorial Service will be held at the Kerrville Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday, June 21, 2003 at 2:00 PM. The family will greet friends before and after the service.Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of Kerrville Funeral Home.
