Allen Pyle

KerrvilleMr. Allen Lockart Pyle, age 74 of Kerrville left this world to be with his Savior on Saturday, August 20, 2011.

Allen was born in Houston, TX on November 8, 1936 where he spent his childhood years. After high school he served in the United States Navy. After serving his country, he returned to Houston where he lived his young adult years and had 3 children.

In 1982 he married Willa Mae Filter Cermin. In 1984 they moved to Kerrville where they would share their love of the Hill Country. They later moved to Ingram where he lived out his remaining years. Allen enjoyed fishing and hunting and camaraderie while sharing these pastimes with loved ones. His favorite activities spent with his wife included singing in the church choir, German Dance Club and visiting with friends and family. He attended Trinity Baptist Church until his illness kept him from continuing attendance after July 3rd.

Allen his survived by his wife Willa Mae, daughter Stacy and soninlaw Jessie, son Darren and daughterinlaw Nickcole, stepson Dale, brother Clarence and sisterinlaw Joyce, grandchildren Kelsey, Tori, Brandon, Amanda, Collin, Trey and Kory, and great grandsons Oliver and Brody. He was preceded in death by his mother Sallie, father Clarence, sister Roberta, son Tracy, and grandson Eric. Allen loved the Lord and adored his wife and family. May he rest in eternal peace.

A Memorial celebration of his life will be on Tuesday, August 23, 2011 at 3:00 pm at the Trinity Baptist Church, 800 Jackson Road, Kerrville, TX 830 8950100.
