Alfred Wayne Clemens passed away on 13 February 2023, in his home in Kerrville, Texas, he was 76 years old. Al was born in Spokane, Washington to Corbert and Vivian Clemens (Lawrence). Al grew up in Spokane but spent most of his adult life living in Western Washington until he moved to Kerrville, TX in 1997. He worked many years in real estate and publishing until he retired. Al loved animals and directed half of his estate be donated to the Humane Society. He loved restoring old automobiles, especially Pontiac GTOs from the 1960’s, of which he owned three over his lifetime. He was a skilled carpenter, plumber and electrician; skills he put to use renovating many homes and building his last house in Kerrville with Ann.
Al was a people person, as evidenced by many business acquaintances later becoming friends. He enjoyed many long-term friendships, some spanning 50 years and beyond. Al will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
Those who are left to cherish his memories, is his partner of 13 years, Ann Silvear and two ex-wives,Sharon Clemens (Wulff) and Julie Brownsfield both of whom he continued to remain friends with until his passing. He is survived by his son, Adam and daughter-in-law Donna; daughter, Nichole; brother, Corbert; cousin, Debbie, four granddaughters (Janae, Genaveve, Breanna, Fallon) and one great-granddaughter (Riley).
